...but at least they’re both clean. Finally had temperatures climb into the 50’s and I took advantage. Not a full Svending but got the grime off before it freezes again. Also the title for the Forester came in the mail today so I can finally get NM tags this week.

:) I love the functional look of Subies - no extra doodads and geegaw styling just for styling sake.

Particularly true of the engine bay. No cover and an oil filter right on top. Like they actually want owners to do their own maintenance.

The Outback is definitely getting it. Haven’t made up my mind on the Forester yet. Might go with the turquoise one or the American flag one.

I like the outback (My sister owns) better than the forester (My mom owns). I’m generally not a fan of cars that aren’t a color but my sister’s looks very nice in white.

The only thing that irks me on the the Outback is the grille. I wish they would've done some kind of instead like the newer one.

The grille is the worst part. At some point I’d like to replace it with a black mesh aftermarket one or maybe a take-off from the Legacy GT sedan.

Same here. I have read that there is a gap when the Legacy one is installed.

:( Aftermarket it probably will be then!
